Yes you would be delusional to think Mattel would do that considering the amount of other toylines they never finished by not releasing figures of the main characters.
It seems that the twins are still up for order. The news about the TC line will def have an impact on the sales. At the end of the year these will probably still be in stock and prices cut in half. I just wonder when Matty will start processing the twins. I ordered on Monday already and it is still in process.

I think the cancellation news has hits the scalpers hardest the most. All the money they spent hoping to make a profit. They will be lucky to break even now LOL.

It’s almost 30 minutes and they are still up. Would like to see what happens on ebay. If those prices will drop.
Im sure they will. But if something does end up getting figured out for the line these might shoot right back up later on.
I don’t think that Mattel made an official statement regarding TC being dead. It’s just not being handled by Super7.
ThunderKittens are still up today, if that says anything (and obviously it says a lot).

I would wait for an official announcement before cancelling. Unless you really don’t want the figures either way. I’m personally excited to get the 7 for 2016 and if the line ends here, so be it.
fair enough i will wait it out and see if we hear anything at sdcc . i would of collected everything t cats they threw at us but i just don’t see the point in having a few figures from an incomplete line . what a mess this as all turned into to i really hope it gets resolved but i can’t see it to be honest .
If I could change quantities now, I’d go down from 3 subs to 2. I initially wanted 3 so I could open one, keep one boxed, and have an extra for trading or selling down the road. I think resale on this line just went down the toilet, but I still want the 7 figures we’re getting. That’s more classic figures than we’ve seen since the 80s and I’m happy to get them. I mainly want them for doing toy photography and I rarely pose more than 7 characters in a shot. Yes, not getting even the entire team is a huge disappointment, but honestly, I’m still excited about getting the figures coming.

I’m very disappointed Thundercats wont be continuing but theirs no way in hell I’m cancelling my sub. What if Super7 were to eventually get the licence and continue the line where it left off, then I’d be missing the first year of the line. And even if they don’t I’m still going to love having my Lion-O and Mummy Mumm-Ra next to He-man and Skeletor, and my Panthro and MAA working on my Wind Raider 
Sure I’d love to complete the core characters but it’s not going to stop me loving the figures we do get this year.
I’m just going to keep showing my positive support for Super7 to get the Thundercats licence and hopefully in 2018 (or whenever) we’ll get Thundercats Classics, retro 3.75 and Muscle figures by Super7.
The retro figures they got on the site isn’t my cup of tea but if they made TC I will buy.
I wouldn’t encourage retro figures of any kind. Once a company goes retro, they pretty much devote all their resources into pumping retro products. It’s a bit of a fever.

Agreed. I bought all the ThunderCats minimates, but those have a lot of articulation and are pretty fun little figures. I won’t buy re-action/retro style figures though… even ThunderCats. I’ve passed on every other property I’ve seen done in retro figures… even some of my favorites… and I haven’t even been a little tempted. I like collecting retro action figures, but modern made to look retro isn’t something that interests me at all.

I seen the Bengali, Lynxo, Pumyra and Rataro minimates pack a few weeks ago in my comic shop for £10. I was tempted to get them.
