Yes there was some he definitely didn’t excuse like Rio Blast. I just felt with the Bandai Thundercats and TMNT figures he was very nit picky compared to MOTUC and DCUC.
I would also argue that he may not be as harsh on MOTU stuff compared to anything else, because that’s his favorite. He’s probably happy to get whatever he can MOTU, so hes probably not going to be to critical. he’s just happy to get motu stuff.
I’m the same way with Thundercats. Sure, I’m not completely in love with everything that is made for Thundercats. But it’s THUNDERCATS! So I still like it.

I kept Bebop but I sold Rocksteady because is the less accurate from the two… It’s a shame they did not made Shredder and Krang…

Yeah it’s a shame about Shredder and Krang. Never say Never, especially with SDCC coming up and the financial success of the TMNT movies. Also there are those Third Party Krang and Shredder toys. 
Rocksteady is still a fun figure. I do wish he either looked like the cartoon or the vintage toy more…but nothing a bit of paint can’t fix. 
But I am happy with him as is.

That is the problem with a lot of review videos and websites. Some reviewers are biased because of there favourite line and some because certain shops providing free review samples. That’s why if I am buying something I am not sure about I like to check multiple reviews of the item. I have had a few instances of buying certain toys, action figures and Japanese robots, after reading high praise reviews only for them to break removing them from the packaging.

I know what you mean with Krang. The 3rd party version looks amazing but the price is very high.
True but wit the size, materials and articulation I can understand a piece like Krang being expensive.
Instead of paying $40 for Playmates TMNT Classics Krang + Shredder, we are forking over $150 for either version 1 or version 2 of Krang. Probably, another $150 for Shredder, as well. That’s like buying a new gaming console!

The 3rd party Transformers figures are outrageous in terms of prices…
I don’t think its far fetched. I have that Krang and the quality is extremely high. Its is absolutely worth the price.

That’s good to know. 
I seen a review of it and the reviewer was quite nit picky about joints etc. It does definitely look awesome as does the Shredder.
True but my friend in Scotland collects the third party items and says they are far better quality than the official stuff. I’ve never bought any or had any hands on experience with them to see how they compare to the official items.

I do not doubt the quality of must 3rd party must be to par with Takara or Hasbro.

No idea… Maybe because they are robots and it’s something more generic than a unique race a la TMNT or Thundercats?

I think it’s that they are able to release in a fairly legit manner. As long as they don’t use trademarked logos, they are left to do their thing and aren’t bothered by Hasbro and Takara.

First Gokin seems to have prototypes of the TMNT. I’m not sure how that is possible without first acquiring the license:

Those look awesome. They seem to be heavily influenced by the 2003 cartoon series. I wonder when they plan on releasing these.
